At NK MAISON, your satisfaction is our highest priority. As a luxury fragrance brand, we follow strict hygiene and quality control standards to ensure a premium experience for every customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our fragrances, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene standards and ensures that all products reach our customers in original, unused condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing: support@nkmaison.com
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- A clear unboxing video showing the issue
- Photos of the product and its original packaging
We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Note: In case of a visibly tampered or damaged package at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Refund Policy for Failed Transactions
For failed online transactions (e.g., payment deducted but no order confirmation), refunds are automatically processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receiving customer bank details within 7–15 working days.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, as they are levied by third-party logistics providers.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted for cancelled prepaid orders.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment account within 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is returned after dispatch (for prepaid orders), a flat charge of ₹99 will be deducted before refunding the remaining amount.

- Is made after the stipulated time frame
- Does not include necessary proof (unboxing video, photos, etc.)
- Appears to be fraudulent or abusive
